FAQ

How does the subscription work?

Billing occurs once a month. You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time via your user account.

Sign up by the end of the month to receive that month's art newsletter. The letter will be send out within the first few days of the following month. Example: Registration for October is open until the 31st, the letter get's send at the 2nd of November.

I send letters worldwide, but since they are delivered via regular mail, the journey can sometimes take longer. But don't worry, your letter will definitely find its way to you. There are no additional shipping costs!

Can I buy it as a gift for someone else?

Yes! Simply enter the person's delivery address during checkout, and they'll receive the shipment every month. You can also add a short gift message to your order.

Are the prints and stickers exclusive?

Yes and no. The print and sticker designs are created specifically for the Art Letters, and subscribers will be the first to receive them. However, I will also offer the designs in the shop after some time.

How do I update my address if I move?

You can update your shipping information in your account at any time. Please do so before the 20th of the month to ensure your mail actually arrives. If you're running late, please send me a message. Perhaps your letter hasn't reached the postman yet, and I can still adjust the address.

Is there a trial month?

Yes! You can register for a individual Month by giving up a one-time order.
